Manual campaign tracking caused delayed lead assignments and a high risk of missed opportunities. Built a Telegram bot that instantly detects new leads the moment they come in, notifies managers in real time, routes them to the right agent in one tap, and timestamps every assignment — eliminating duplicate handling and cutting response time to near zero.

Sales agents manually updating CRM stages introduced human bias and data inconsistency. Built an AI engine that transcribes recorded audio, analyses conversations for buying signals and objections, then automatically classifies and updates CRM stages — delivering zero human bias, consistent data, and freeing agents from admin work entirely.

Dashboards show what's happening — this agent explains why. An intelligent Telegram assistant that reads manager queries about performance gaps, cross-references data against internal SDS stage logic, and generates structured root-cause diagnoses with specific, actionable coaching steps for each underperforming agent.

Creating a single contract required context-switching across multiple systems and took significant agent time. Agent uploads a National ID photo to Telegram — AI extracts name, ID number, and address via OCR, verifies unit availability automatically, merges all data into branded templates, and delivers a finalised PDF ready to sign. Contract generation in under 60 seconds.

Thesis project awarded Excellent at Galala University. Developed a Power BI dashboard monitoring core banking KPIs — loan approval rates, transaction volumes, default risk, and customer segmentation. Built on simulated real-world data with custom DAX measures, interactive filters, and drill-through pages to help stakeholders monitor performance and pinpoint improvement areas.
